Additional Information

• Please inform Gabriela Flamenco Academy if any personal information changes, such as address, phone number, email, etc.

• Dancers under the age of 18 may not leave the studio unless accompanied by a parent.

• Gabriela Flamenco Academy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Inclement Weather

​

• Studio closure due to inclement weather will be announced by 5pm for evening class, and 9am for Saturday classes.

• If the studio is closed an announcement will be made in social media and website.

 

Medical Emergency

​

As a dancer/parent of an enrolled dancer, I understand that, despite due care and safety precautions, there is risk of injury from participating in the activity of dance. In the event of an injury or illness, I understand that the instructor will first attempt to contact the emergency contact person and/or parent/guardian of dancer under the age of 18.

Fee Information

​

• Tuition is not prorated or refunded. Including reasons as illness, vacations, or weather.

• There is a $20.00 fee for any returned checks.

• Tuition/fees can't be transferred between sessions. Example: If a student enrolls for session A-2022/Winter session, fees or classes can't be transferred to B-2022/Spring session.

Class Rules

• Arrive on time. For parents please pick up your child on time. 

• No foods, drink (except water), gum allowed in dance studios.

I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury and, in rare circumstances, death. I agree to release and hold harmless Gabriela Flamenco Academy LLC, including its teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I will not hold Gabriela Flamenco Academy liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I understand that I should be aware of my, and/or my child’s physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my child, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights. Further, I authorize and agree that Gabriela Flamenco Academy may take and use photographs/videos of me and/or my child for purposes of record keeping, advertising, and marketing. I understand that I do not have any rights to these photographs/videos and will not be compensated for the same.
